Purple Pantry Boxes are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no applications, no ID, and no questions asked. Simply visit any pantry box, open the door, and take what you need. Our volunteer team works every day to keep boxes filled with shelf-stable food for neighbors who need support.
For neighbors who cannot easily get to a pantry box because of transportation, health, age, or other barriers, Purple Pantry Boxes offers home delivery in Milford and West Haven when possible. Our volunteers bring food directly to people and families who need extra support getting through the week.
Food insecurity is not always easy to see. Purple Pantry Boxes works with schools, churches, civic groups, businesses, and community organizations to talk openly about hunger, reduce stigma, and connect people with ways to help. Together, we can better understand the need and support our neighbors with compassion and dignity.
